This is a summary – please refer to our full returns policy.
Wherever we can, we accept returns. We want happy customers, and a fair outcome for all parties.
Please inform us via the contact page, if you wish to make a return, quoting your order number.
Goods must be returned in a 100% re-saleable condition.
Usually, we will ask you to return the goods back to the original supplier, and we’ll provide return instructions on each occasion.
Refunds are processed once the goods reach the supplier and the condition of the return is confirmed to us.
Some items are excluded from returns and refunds, due to their nature. These are clearly marked by the product tabs Returns Exclusion or Made to Order.
Cancellations after ordering [and before delivery] are permitted though there may be a charge to cover our non-refundable card transaction costs, for orders over £1000.00.
Goods which are faulty on arrival or within warranty period are replaced, not at your cost, subject to verification. If an item is damaged or faulty, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery.
We offer discounted pricing on many products, exclusively for Installation professionals. To apply for trade discounts please first register or login and then click this link to apply for trade discounts. All orders are processed immediately, and passed to our suppliers for delivery, via third party couriers. Delivery times vary according to the product.
Delivery charges generated via the checkout are for mainland UK. Additional charges may apply for NI, Channel Islands, Highlands and offshore locations.
EV charging points, EV supply units, EV posts – next day delivery
Charging cables, EV Ultra cable, PME units – 1-2 days
Larger inverters, storage batteries, commercial EV chargers – 1-2 days
DC chargers, larger Matt:e units, products made to order – 5-7 days
Bollards, protection barriers, bay markings – 2-5 days
Payter payment terminals – 5-7 days
