Our Returns Policy
Returns Policy and Procedure:
If you’re not satisfied with your goods and would like to return them, we will accept them back at the customer’s expense. All goods must be returned in 100% resalable condition and within 30 days. Resalable condition includes no markings on the wires or terminals and no damage to the packaging.
Returns can be requested within your “My Account” area. Simply select your order and click “Return Request”, and follow the instructions in the contact form which will notify us. We shall be in contact to arrange a delivery label or collection of the goods. Alternatively email us at: email@example.com with your order number.
To cancel your order please contact us immediately. Orders which have already been dispatched may be returned as above, though shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
Reimbursements will be processed within 7 days upon receiving the goods. Delivery costs will only be refunded in the case of defective products. Refunds for custom-built items are subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s discretion, and may involve restocking fees or may not be eligible for a refund.
