Delivery Information

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is an overview of our delivery process:

Processing Time: All orders received on weekdays are processed on the day they are received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Methods: We source our products from a range of suppliers, who arrange delivery to customers, on our behalf. This that our suppliers use the courier of their choice, and we share delivery and tracking information with our customers once it’s available. All orders are delivered via reliable carriers such as Parcelforce, UPS, and DHL, FedEx etc.

EV charging points, EV supply units, EV posts – next day delivery
Charging cables, EV Ultra cable, PME units – 1-2 days
Larger inverters, storage batteries, commercial EV chargers – 1-2 days
DC chargers, larger Matt:e units, products made to order – 5-7 days
Bollards, protection barriers, bay markings – 2-5 days
Payter payment terminals – next day delivery

Delivery Fees: Due to the large range of products available on our shop, delivery rates vary from FREE, to larger pallet charges. Our shop technology will always batch delivery costs in order to minimise the total cost.
