CTEK EV charging cables are made from a tough, non-flammable plastic which conforms to V-0 specifications. They’re fitted with durable, heat spreading, synthetic resin plugs so they won’t crack and are completely safe to handle. Each cable comes with a two-year warranty and is CE-SGS approved.

Charging leads returns policy

Charging leads may be returned to UK EV Installers, or directly to our suppliers.  Due to the possibility of leads becoming soiled prior to to the customer deciding to return them, the following conditions apply:

  • The lead is unused and has no visible scratches, scuffs or markings
  • It is re-packaged
  • Returns of charging leads are subject to inspection such that products are deemed to be re-sellable at full price
  • The customer bears the cost of return postage.  Usage of a tracked courier is highly recommended as refunds can only be made once goods are received
