This product is delivered directly from the manufacturer, and requires preparation, building or commissioning prior to dispatch.
Dispatch is 1-3 days from order.

Charging leads returns policy
Charging leads may be returned to UK EV Installers, or directly to our suppliers. Due to the possibility of leads becoming soiled prior to to the customer deciding to return them, the following conditions apply:
- The lead is unused and has no visible scratches, scuffs or markings
- It is re-packaged
- Returns of charging leads are subject to inspection such that products are deemed to be re-sellable at full price
- The customer bears the cost of return postage. Usage of a tracked courier is highly recommended as refunds can only be made once goods are received
Returns Exclusion
Due to the nature of this product, or our supplier’s terms of supply, this is a non-refundable item, to both business customers, or consumers.
This means that if purchased, and delivery is completed, the product may not be returned for a refund.
