- Where vouchers are issued specific to a customer the qualifying discounted purchase must be made under the same customer email.
- Online purchases at listed price only – excludes products bought offline at negotiated prices.
- If a original qualifying purchase is cancelled or returned prior to the voucher being redeemed, the code will be cancelled.
- Where products purchased under voucher code are subsequently returned for refund, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the refund issued.
- No voucher codes may be use conjunction with any other voucher codes.
- UK EV Installers (Vestrimedd Ltd.) will cancel any orders made with voucher codes, in the event of errors or abuse of voucher codes. In cases where a clear abuse of voucher codes has occurred, refunds will be made after 30 days, and any card transactions fees incurred by us which cannot be recovered, will be deducted. We shall have sole discretion to determine if an abuse has occurred.
- Voucher codes offered through discussion with EViShop team members are prefixed “Manager***” may only be used by the individual to whom they are offered, for a specific purchase. “Manager” codes are not transferable.
