ZEV charging cables are designed for the electric vehicles of today. They are made from premium quality materials to the highest standards (1SO900l/20l5) and are manufactured and fully tested here in the UK.
Flexibility
Because we manufacture here in the UK, we can be extremely flexible with the products we produce. Our cables are available in single phase (7.2kW) and three phase (22kW) configurations, as a straight cable for easy storage, or as a coiled cable which for shorter lengths sits off the ground, or as a combination cable for specific applications.
Design
Our standard Mode 3 cables are produced in two colours – Discreet Grey-where the user requires an unobtrusive installation, or Lime Green, providing high visibility where safety from trip-hazard is a consideration
Reliability
Sheathed in high quality, dirt resistant PU (polyurethane). the three power cores (single phase) and five power cores (3 phase) are safely insulated to continuously protect current flow along with the smaller pilot core enabling communications between the charge point and the electric vehicle
Durability
Our cables are designed to be highly flexible and have a high tear resistance, making them extremely robust. They are able to withstand mechanical loads, impact, abrasion and are resilient to harmful chemicals. Designed for consistent and repetitive use, they are highly resilient against heat, sunlight, moisture and ageing, and provide long-term, reliable connectivity for EV charging applications

Charging leads returns policy
Charging leads may be returned to UK EV Installers, or directly to our suppliers. Due to the possibility of leads becoming soiled prior to to the customer deciding to return them, the following conditions apply:
- The lead is unused and has no visible scratches, scuffs or markings
- It is re-packaged
- Returns of charging leads are subject to inspection such that products are deemed to be re-sellable at full price
- The customer bears the cost of return postage. Usage of a tracked courier is highly recommended as refunds can only be made once goods are received
Returns Exclusion
Due to the nature of this product, or our supplier’s terms of supply, this is a non-refundable item, to both business customers, or consumers.
This means that if purchased, and delivery is completed, the product may not be returned for a refund.
