Returns Specifics

This item is supplied to us on non-returnable terms, so business and trade customers cannot return it for a refund once delivered. This does not affect rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

Consumer orders: You may cancel within 14 days of the day after delivery, without giving a reason. Return is at your cost; this item cannot be returned by post and return carriage is as per your original order carriage charge.  Please handle it no more than needed to inspect it, or we may deduct for diminished value. We refund within 14 days of receiving it. If it’s faulty or not as described, your statutory rights apply in full, including the 30-day right to reject.
